My Story

During my early twenties, while completing my degree in Psychology and navigating the complexities of college life, I encountered a profound spiritual catalyst that would forever alter the trajectory of my life. This experience initiated a deep inner transformation, reshaping my most intimate relationships, challenging my perspectives, and inviting me to see my life through an entirely new lens.

What began as an upheaval became a spiral of awakening and a deeper remembrance of my spirituality and my walk with the Great Spirit of Life. The magnitude of this experience created a domino effect, rippling through every area of my life and calling me into a process of profound change.

Over the years that followed, I slowly integrated the upheaval, surrendering to the dynamic array of emotions that accompanied this unfolding. Discomfort became my unexpected teacher and, ultimately, my greatest motivator. It propelled me inward, deepening my desire to feel, experience, and know more intimately the Divine Spirit of Life.

I was ushered into fostering a rich and intentional connection with my Higher Self and the Holy Spirit. This awakened within me a deep yearning to understand the profound changes taking place within me, calling me into an inner “come to Christ” experience that became a pivotal moment of spiritual recognition and surrender.

It was a holy, mystical experience that changed the course of my life in every way. A spiritual initiation, so to speak.  It felt as though I had been struck by an energetic lightning bolt from head to toe, stripping away the walls I had built around myself and bringing me into a complete and undeniable surrender. My auric energy body and chakras felt blown wide open, dissolving the armor I had unconsciously constructed over the years. For the first time, I experienced what it felt like to be energetically naked while completely open, vulnerable, and profoundly receptive.

At the very moment my inner world was being opened, my outer path was beginning to align with it. Around this same time, I embarked upon the healing path at a local healing arts school, studying Eastern and Western bodywork and integrative healing arts. This convergence created a powerful ripening within me, supporting my spiritual evolution while deepening my connection to mind, body, and soul.

Mystical experiences and heightened psychic sensitivities began to weave themselves into my healing path and spiritual awakening. My connection to all life deepened immensely, and the direction of my spiritual path became increasingly illuminated. I entered a profound period of spiritual cleansing, experiencing energetic shifts that were radically new to me while learning to navigate their intensity over the years that followed.

It was a dark night of the soul and a rebirth awakening, a dismantling of who I had been and an initiation into who I was becoming.

Rising from the ashes into renewal after the rain, I gradually found my stability and regained my balance after the wild rollercoaster of change, healing, and transformation. Along the way, I encountered kindred souls who supported and reflected my awakening, expanding my awareness and reminding me that I was not walking this path alone.

As I integrated the shadow work and began incorporating Reiki and other healing modalities into my life, something within me began to settle. A deeper balance emerged within my body and nervous system. I felt more grounded, more embodied, and more deeply connected to the light of God than ever before. For the first time, I experienced a profound sense of peace within my mind, body, and spirit.

The inner light was no longer something I was searching for. It had been turned on. 

My life gradually reacquainted itself with stability as I  completed my college degree and my education in the integrative healing arts. This marked the beginning of a lifelong journey devoted to healing, self-mastery, yoga, conscious growth, and communion with the Divine Spirit of Life.

That awakening gave birth to the next two decades of my life.  Walking alongside teachers, mentors, shamans, healers, spiritualists, guides, and way-showers, each offering their own wisdom and reflection along the path. In turn, I devoted myself to being of service, facilitating spiritual growth and healing through one-on-one work while creating and nurturing community-based transformational wellness platforms through conscious-centered businesses.

My entrepreneurial journey became an extension of my spiritual path: a way to serve the Divine Spirit of Life while contributing to the elevation and evolution of consciousness within humanity and my local community.

And then, nearly twenty years later, after building a family, establishing businesses, nurturing community, and creating a life deeply rooted in service, life as I knew it changed once again.

The ground beneath me began to shift.  A series of unexpected events rippled through my life, awakening a familiar invitation to turn inward—to seek clarity, meaning, and stability within the mystery of change. Within months, our family moved from the dream home we had manifested, and my seventeen-year marriage, alongside raising our four children, encountered an unexpected and profound turning point.

It was a fragmentation that pierced the fabric of our family ecosystem and disrupted the foundation upon which so much of our life had been built. The stability, livelihood, and inspired creations I had spent years cultivating began to unravel, sending me once again into the upheaval of change.

And just as I had learned decades before, the unraveling was not the end of the story.  It was another initiation.

Life transitioned rapidly into unknown territory, initiating a breakdown that changed the very fabric of our experience. A commanding turning point sent a shock of fragmentation through our family system, and the life I had known began to unravel. Within six months, everything felt turned upside down and inside out. My life became profoundly challenging, and grief and loss took center stage.

Nearly twenty years after my first awakening, I found myself standing once again at the threshold of a dark night of the soul—a profound spiritual awakening that would call me into an entirely new level of surrender. This time, I was asked to draw upon everything I had learned, trained in, practiced, and embodied throughout the years of cultivating my spirituality and walking the sacred path.

And yet, knowing what I knew did not make the experience easy.  It became another come-to-my-knees moment.  A deep surrender to the Holy Spirit, asking me to soften, release my grip, let go, and let God.

Once again, life had become wildly uncomfortable, raw, and vulnerable. There was a resounding call to go inward as I searched for meaning and tried to make sense of what was unfolding. Somewhere beneath the questions, I already knew: whatever answers were available to me would be found within.

I came to understand that the only way through was to move with it and through it.  To deepen, allow, surrender, and trust. 

My inner wisdom beckoned me into the interior temple, where I could seek refuge, stability, healing, and clarity. The Great Spirit of Life was asking me to trust myself more fully and to trust in the Divine more deeply than ever before. Transcendental meditation, yoga, energy-body healing, prayer, ancestral and generational healing, and deep subconscious work became my anchors.

The continuous practice of surrender became my ally.  What initially felt like a dismantling gradually revealed itself as an invitation—a sacred awakening into deeper levels of healing, awareness, and remembrance. I entered a deconstructive process that compelled me to remember the ever-evolving nature of consciousness and the infinite intelligence moving through all of life.

The years that followed brought profound healing experiences, mystical and holy moments, and the devoted work of establishing an entirely new foundation for my life. It was a full-spectrum initiation.  A deep dive into awakening, conscious evolution, self-awareness, and the reclamation of my own inner authority.

What transpired was a poignant call into the depths of my soul: to alchemize, awaken, and arise anew with greater spiritual insight, acceptance, and understanding.  I began reawakening an intuitive wisdom that would illuminate the path ahead. I learned again how to soften more deeply, surrender more completely, and receive what existed beyond my resistance to change. I practiced opening myself to receptivity and to expand, be patient with the unfolding, and embody more fully the light and frequency of who I was becoming.

Something within me began to remember.

To lean into love.
To choose authenticity.
To honor truth.
To live through grace.

As the awakening process cleared the way forward in waves, I found myself able to receive with greater ease. My trust in my inner knowing deepened. My intuition became clearer. And my faith began to transform into a deeper trust in the infinitely abundant, regenerative, and life-giving intelligence of the Divine Source.

Through surrender, I discovered sovereignty. Through unraveling, I discovered remembrance. Through the darkness, I learned to recognize my own light.

And from that place, something new began to emerge.  I began to birth a fuller expression of my soul’s purpose, while fanning the flame of a new life chapter.  And I was ready to begin again.  A return to self-love became a return home to myself.

I immersed myself in the Sacred Divine Feminine and the Great Mother, discovering an intimate and profound resonance with grace, compassion, and unconditional love. I began returning to a foundation anchored in Divinity devoted to the essence of divine love, truth, sovereignty, and wholeness.

The last two decades of my life have been devoted to the path of healing, awakening, and the embodiment of truth, grace, peace, and wholeness. Along this journey, I have cultivated a passionate calling as an initiant of transformation, a way-shower and guide, and a vessel for Divine Grace for serving humanity in the sacred journey of returning home to the authenticity of the true Self.

What I have walked through has become what I now hold sacred space for others to discover within themselves.  It is an honor to serve your divine brilliance and the unfolding of your destiny. I am here as a soul midwife, spiritual guide, healer, and embodiment coach.  I look forward to the opportunity to facilitate the illumination of your truth, foster the awakening of your soul, and support you in embodying your divine legacy.

My years of experience working with people across diverse ages, populations, life circumstances, and stages of transformation have offered me a rich landscape of personal and purposeful development. Since 2000, my own healing and awakening journey has unfolded alongside my work as a transformational facilitator, creator of sacred spaces and experiences, event coordinator, instructor, change agent, community-impact leader, business owner, and spiritual entrepreneur.

Across these many expressions, one thread has remained constant: service to the healing, awakening, and transformation of humanity.

My work has centered on creating and sustaining health, wellness, and conscious-centered platforms that invite a deeper relationship with mind, body, and soul. Through these experiences, I have continued to weave together the practical and the mystical, the embodied and the spiritual, creating spaces where people can reconnect with their inner wisdom, remember their inherent wholeness, and consciously participate in the unfolding of their own lives.

This is the path that has brought me here.  This is the work I am devoted to.  And this is the invitation I now extend to you:

Why I am here in this space

A New Chapter in Sacred Service.  After a profound series of soul-awakening spiritual illuminations throughout my life, a new chapter was born, and one that expanded my opportunity to be of service to people across the world, to the planet, and to the greater purpose of our conscious experience and evolution.

So many are traversing profound spiritual awakenings during this time of collective transformation. Many are being called to awaken more deeply, remember who they are, and step into a more conscious way of living. And many of us are being called to serve as sacred collaborators and guides in this greater awakening of human consciousness.

After years of integration following my most recent spiritual awakening and a life-changing event, my inner compass received a gentle nudge, and Spirit called.  I began a collaboration with a beloved, soul-aligned advisor and coach who helped illuminate the path forward.

I was shown that it was time to expand beyond the traditional brick-and-mortar, consciousness-based business model and create soul-aligned offerings that could reach people wherever they are in the world.

This new chapter is an invitation to serve those who feel called to receive spiritual guidance, intuitive insight, healing, conscious growth, and transformational support, while contributing, in my own way, to the elevation of consciousness for humanity and the planet.

My experiences have nourished my path as a mother, sacred leader, spiritual midwife, optimal wellness business entrepreneur, mind-body-soul healing practitioner, oracle wisdom advisor, yoga instructor, meditation practitioner, shamanic healing & reiki master teacher. I incorporate the foundations of transcendental meditation, yoga, and dedication to cultivating the relationship with the divine spirit of life while making an impact through sacred leadership with purpose for people and the planet.

As a mother of four children, I have deep gratitude and honor for the gift of mothering and the blessings of the Great Mother. I have a love and passion for giving birth to life in many forms. As a facilitating midwife of transformation and soul expansion- embodiment, I assist others in transforming and giving birth to new forms or versions of themselves through awakening to their inner brilliance-wisdom and shifting the frequency to liberate with love, expand into more freedom with flow, and embody your truth with clarity and confidence.

My path continues to infuse the exploration of transformational modalities for healing and cultivating awareness, neuro-science discoveries, and quantum perspectives. I assist to accelerate healing and consciousness, transformational growth, and awakening the heart to living an authentic and joyful life.  I am dedicated to creating deeply nourishing sacred spaces for illumination, healing, and a fortifying life-giving-receiving experience.

I believe in the spirit of limitless human potential and find great purpose in working with others to create a sacred supportive environment for becoming more of what you desire, embodying clarity for your next steps forward, accelerating your healing and transformation, and fanning the flame of your soul led purpose all while liberating into expanded love & freedom in your world, and into the world that we share together.
